About:

Few animals embody power and myth quite like the tiger.

For centuries, it has stood as a symbol of strength, courage, and reverence — its image woven into story, folklore, and legend across the world. To meet one in the wild is to encounter living history, a creature that carries both fear and fascination in equal measure.

I have spent many hours following tigers, watching how they differ from other cats. They are thinkers, strategists, deliberate in their movements. Every step is measured, every hunt executed with patience, stealth, and precision.

On this day, I encountered a young male, just beginning to fill the frame with his presence. His gaze was piercing, his jaw slightly parted, his expression balanced between youth and the power of what he is destined to become. It was the portrait I had sought for years — precise, commanding. Much like the tiger himself, the moment was delivered with perfect timing.

This image, for me, is not only a study of a predator, but of an icon.
