On any other day, on any other street, you’ll find ordinary people making the most of ordinary situations. The work is a double portrait of the everyday, a celebration of the little people in our world.

The direct quote from the comic book world is intended to remind us that we have all been down the same road, that nobody’s journey is so exceptional that the ability to make a simple human discovery is lost 

What’s with that shirt Charlie Brown wears every day of his comic life? A yellow shirt is bad enough, but around his stomach it has a zig zag that makes him look a little chubby. Isn't it a fact that fat guys shouldn't wear horizontal stripes?

Can one still make art about being a man? Can one still make art about being an unimportant man? Can one still make art about being a nobody?
