MickyPopII” is one of my "Pop Art" versions of a Mickey that floods some galleries. Version illustrated by its (almost abstract) decomposition and the nod to PopArt masters like Roy Lichenstein (cloud with dots), lettering and hatching. It is also a fusion between Mickey and Popeye by grafting the mutant arms of Popeye denouncing the patriarchal domination.
